Shipping policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the states, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Cancel Order
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. All orders cancelled prior to shipment are liable to a 5% restocking fee. This covers any processing fees we are charged with your payment transaction.
Returns
Due to the nature of the sealed product, returns are not permitted. If the item arrives damaged from shipment, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment @ info@oneupcards.com.
Pre-Order Policy
Please be aware when placing a purchasing a Pre-Order item, we recommend you purchase In Stock items separately. Otherwise In Stock Items will ship at the same time as your Pre-Order items (which could be over a month, give or take). We cannot do partial fulfillment of orders.
